Lakers vs. Pistons Final Score: Lakers play their best game of the season in 113-93 victory

The Los Angeles Lakers played their best 48 minutes of basketball of the season in a 113-93 victory over the Detroit Pistons. It was a phenomenal all-around effort from the whole team, with seven Lakers ending the night in double-digits scoring.

A unit consisting entirely of bench players, with Julius Randle filling in as the small-ball center, deserves a ton of credit for establishing control of the game in the second quarter. The Lakers never really looked back, going into halftime after Brook Lopez drained a buzzer-beating three to end an inspiring two quarters of basketball.
