The Los Angeles Lakers came out hot against the Brooklyn Nets and handled their business in a 124-112 victory. D’Angelo Russell’s return to STAPLES Center came and went, with the purple and gold notching their fourth victory of the season as they inch closer to the .500 mark.
All eyes were on Russell to have a “revenge” game, but it was Brook Lopez who did the most damage against his former team. Lopez had his best game as a Laker with his old team on the other end, scoring a game-high 34 points.
