LaVar Ball, the father of Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball, received a technical foul on Saturday while coaching his youngest son LaMelo’s AAU team.
Ball did not like a foul call on one of his players, and after the was given the technical he decided that he had seen enough, pulling his team off the court, resulting in a forfeit. His team, the Big Ballers were leading by nine points at the time.
After the game Ball explained why he chose to do what he did, saying that he felt his players were being cheated out of the game, so it was an easy decision for him to pull them off the court.
