Lakers trade Marcelo Huertas to Houston for Tyler Ennis, according to report

The Los Angeles Lakers have completed their second trade with the Houston Rockets in a matter of days, this time sending guard Marcelo Huertas to the Rockets in exchange for third-year guard Tyler Ennis, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of the Vertical.

This appears to be a money saving deal for the Rockets, as Wojnarowski reports they will waive the Lakers guard affectionately known as “The Catalyst.”

Ennis has appeared in 31 games for the Rockets this year, averaging 6.3 minutes per contest. In those limited minutes, Ennis has posted averages of 1.9 points and 1.
