Lakers Officially Sign Trevor Ariza To One-Year Contract

The Los Angeles Lakers announced the signing of Trevor Ariza to a contract and although the terms were not released, it is reported to be for one year. He was among the players the team agreed to terms with on the first day of NBA free agency, and now he officially enters his second stint with the franchise.

Ariza played two seasons with the Lakers in 2007-09, averaging 8.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 21.2 minutes per game. L.A. advanced to the NBA Finals both years, losing to the Boston Celtics in 2008 before defeating the Orlando Magic in 2009.
