Since the passing of Dr. Jerry Buss in 2013, the Los Angeles Lakers have more or less been in free fall with multiple people coming in and out of the organization.
Despite reportedly only signing a three-year deal, head coach Frank Vogel hopes to bring consistency back to Los Angeles.
While these ideologies might be somewhat different, they will not be entirely new.
According to Kevin Ding of Lakers.com, Vogel shared that his coaching philosophy draws from that of a former Lakers legend, Phil Jackson:
“Phil Jackson is a role model, and basically a coaching idol of mine,” Vogel said.
