Lakers News: Brandon Ingram out vs. Spurs with strained hip flexor

The Los Angeles Lakers can’t seem to keep the roster on the court once things start coming together, another injury being added to the board. Brandon Ingram was ruled out of the Lakers’ game against the San Antonio Spurs with a strained hip flexor, the team announced hours before the outing.

Ingram took a flying knee to the groin during the Lakers’ win over the Miami Heat, exiting the game early. It was unclear if the injury was serious at the time, but it’s enough of an issue to hold Brandon out in the final game of their road trip.
