LeBron James' future with the Los Angeles Lakers remains uncertain. If he does end up asking for a trade out of Southern California, there would likely be several teams that would have interest. But if the Lakers were to get an offer from the Warriors that involved them taking Jimmy Butler back, they'd do best to turn it down.
This is of course all a hypothetical scenario, but the reality is that Butler's best days in the NBA are all behind him. His 2020 and 2023 playoff runs were legendary, but he's not shown us that he can replicate those types of performances anymore.
