LOS ANGELES – After experiencing a whole season in which the Lakers have prodded him to become more vocal, Brandon Ingram let out a huge roar.
The Lakers’ rookie had grown tired of the officials not punishing the Clippers with a whistle for their physical play against him. So after showing more of his introverted side of his personality for most of the 2016-17 season, Ingram showed his confident side by expressing his displeasure.
That soon earned Ingram a technical foul in what Lakers coach Luke Walton considered a positive development in the team’s 111-102 win over the Clippers in a designated home game at Staples Center.
