Julius Randle Fined $15,000 for Obscene Gesture: Latest Details and Reaction

Los Angeles Lakers forward Julius Randle has been fined $15,000 for making an obscene gesture after hitting the game-winning shot on Wednesday against the Miami Heat.

The NBA announced Randle's fine on Friday, per Sam Amick of USA Today.

After hitting the shot with less than two seconds remaining that would give the Lakers a 102-100 victory, Randle mimicked the gesture made popular by Sam Cassell during his playing days.

For film fans out there, the celebration by Randle and Cassell was also popularized by Pedro Cerrano in Major League II.
