In what has been a rather anticlimactic end to the season for the Los Angeles Lakers, JaVale McGee has given fans a reason to tune into otherwise meaningless games.
Over the last five games, McGee has averaged 18.4 points per game on a ridiculous 68.9 percent shooting to go along with with 14.4 rebounds and 3.8 blocks per game. He’s the only player in the league that has averaged least 15 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks per game over the last five games.
McGee has been fantastic, and the way he’s playing now is the way he was playing earlier this season before he was hospitalized with pneumonia.
