Clippers radio broadcaster Brian Sieman gives mother dream meeting

LOS ANGELES >> In 73 years, this was the single best Christmas present Loretta Sieman had ever been given.

After the Clippers beat the San Antonio Spurs Thursday night, the mother of the team’s radio voice, Brian Sieman, unexpectedly found herself surrounded by her favorite team’s players.

“That’s J.J. Redick. I like him,” she thought. “There’s Wesley Johnson. He’s been a good addition.”

Then Jamal Crawford stepped out of the locker room into the dimly lit hallway at Staples Center. This was simply too much.

A woman who is always moving, always talking, always serving on this board or helping that charity, found herself completely paralyzed.
