Ben McLemore says Lakers are making sure he doesn’t lose confidence in his shooting

It didn’t take long for Ben McLemore to get settled in with his new team. Following a forgettable debut for the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday, McLemore caught fire against the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday night, scoring 17 points on 6-12 shooting from the field and 5-10 shooting from behind the arc.

Saturday marked his fourth game of the season with at least 10 3-point attempts, which is more games than any of the Lakers’ guards have had this season and only one less game than LeBron James has. Suffice to say, McLemore has no problem letting it fly and apparently his new teammates have no problem letting him.
