I can't recently remember a matchup between the Los Angeles Kings (11-6-6) and Anaheim Ducks (14-8-1) having this much on the line in the Pacific Division standings in the West this fall. The last time both the Kings and Ducks made the playoffs in the same year was nearly a decade ago, in the 17-18 season.
First place in the standings in the Pacific Division in the West is on full tilt on Black Friday (Nov. 28) between the Kings and Ducks this afternoon on the road at the Honda Center in Anaheim today.
The Ducks have gotten off to a great start in the Pacific Division this regular season this fall.
