LA Kings 2020 third-round pick Alex Laferriere scored the game-winning goal in overtime against Fargo on Saturday night.
The leading scorer for the Des Moines Buccaneers in 19-20, the LA Kings grabbed dynamic forward Alex Laferriere with one of their two third-round picks. And with the Ivy League canceling all winter sports, the Harvard commit returned to Des Moines for the 20-21 season.
He got off to a slow start this year, although a two-game suspension at the end of November certainly didn’t help matters.
