Taji Marie, the Co-Owner and Executive Chef of the Simple Gourmet Kitchen, sees over the preparation of the foods served to Kings players at their Training Facility at the Toyota Sports Center.

“Really, what we do, is we try to give them a really well-balanced meal that’s going to help the guys perform at their best,” Marie said. “These guys love their protein; we always give them two proteins. What we try to do is give them comfort food, but kind of put a little elevated twist on it, and that seems to be what they really love.
