Significant injury to Daniel Steres another difficult loss for ailing LA Galaxy | INSIDER

ATLANTA – Add another player to the LA Galaxy’s ongoing list of injuries.

The Galaxy announced Tuesday that Daniel Steres will miss six to eight weeks with an L2-4 transverse process fracture. The injury was suffered in the opening stages of the Galaxy’s match against Seattle Sounders FC earlier this month.

Steres’ ailment is just the latest in a long line of injury issues that have plagued the Galaxy throughout the campaign, costing the team some of their most significant contributors, particularly in defense.
