Peter Vagenas, one of the longstanding statesman of the Galaxy, is now the LA Galaxy Vice President of Soccer Operations.
Formerly the director of the LA Galaxy Academy since 2013, Vagenas will now oversee the soccer operations of the LA Galaxy, Galaxy II and LA Galaxy Academy alongside Bruce Arena.
"Peter’s dedication has been an instrumental part of the development and success of our Academy," said LA Galaxy President Chris Klein. "He is one of our club’s most storied and successful players and has been committed to the growth of the LA Galaxy on and off the field for over a decade.
