The LA Galaxy have now picked up a Liga MX veteran with plenty of U.S. National Team experience to boot.
This afternoon the club officially announced the acquisition of Club Tijuana midfielder Joe Benny Corona. The 28-year old has spent his entire career in Mexico with Xolos but has gone on loan to several clubs including recently when he won the 2018-2019 Apertura title with Club America.
“Joe is an experienced and quality player who can immediately address an area of need for our club,” General Manager Dennis declared in a statement by the club.
