CARSON, Calif. – LA Galaxy club president Chris Klein says the team will “aggressively” use Major League Soccer’s new investment in Targeted Allocation Money.

The league announced on Friday that the Board of Governors approved an increase of the amount of TAM available to each club over the next two years. After the 2017 MLS season, each club received an allotment of 1.2 million dollars of TAM; all teams will continue to receive $1.2 million of TAM per year in 2018, with each organization able to use the $1.2 million of TAM designated for 2019 immediately.
