CARSON, Calif. – LA Galaxy head coach Sigi Schmid could be welcoming back a full complement of his players for their match against Real Salt Lake.
The Galaxy have been bitten by the injury bug with key contributors Giovani dos Santos, Romain Alessandrini, Jona dos Santos, and Michael Ciani missing time in recent weeks. Ahead of what Schmid describes as a “six-point” matchup at Rio Tinto Stadium on Saturday, the Galaxy boss believes that every player should be ready for Salt Lake.
“It gives you choices,” Schmid said. “We’re in a situation where we have some options, but we have to consider everything.
