LA Galaxy II’s 60 goals scored during the 2018 campaign flew into opponents’ nets at the rate of a goal every 51 minutes. By nearly doubling their 32 goals scored from 2017, Los Dos finished 6th overall in the USL for goals scored, and third in USL’s Western Conference. The team sported the second highest goal conversion rate in the league.
Los Dos were USL Western Conference leaders in scoring throughout much of the season, thanks in part to Frank Lopez. Lopez signed his first professional contract with LA Galaxy II before the start of the 2018 campaign.
