LA Galaxy II announced Tuesday they have signed midfielder Alex Alcala ahead of the 2021 USL Championship season.
The 15-year-old joins the second team after joining up with the LA Galaxy Academy in 2020.
“Alex is a young talent who we are pleased will develop in a professional environment,” said LA Galaxy General Manager Dennis te Kloese in a team statement. “We believe that the structure and resources that we will provide him will allow him to continue to grow as both a player and a person. We look forward to Alex representing our club.
