The LA Galaxy Foundation educates local youth about their sustainability efforts by hosting field trips to Dignity Health Sports Park. On Thursday, March 21, students from Grand View Boulevard Elementary School visited the stadium to learn about healthy eating habits and gardening.
On that rainy afternoon, the students first enjoyed a behind the scenes tour of the stadium, including the visitor locker room, press box and the main field where the LA Galaxy play their home matches. The tour concluded at the Galaxy Garden where students met Chris Hybl, Communications & Digital Specialist and member of the LA Galaxy Gardening Club.
