LA Galaxy Foundation’s community clinic series continued on Tuesday, July 23rd, hosting forty-five youth from Children’s Institute, Inc. (CII) at Ted Watkins Memorial Park. Serving over 26,000 children and families annually, Children’s Institute, Inc. (CII) transforms the lives of youth exposed to poverty and adversity in the Los Angeles area.
The community clinic kicked off with CII youth, ages five to fourteen gearing up with LA Galaxy t-shirts for the 90-minute soccer clinic. The LA Galaxy camps & clinics coaches divided the youth into three groups and rotated them through dribbling, shooting, and scrimmage drills.
