What should have been a night where the Los Angeles Galaxy were to play their 25th MLS regular season game, Major League Soccer stepped in and said that the heat was too much to bare for the players.
Ruling on the side of player safety, MLS is rescheduling the LA Galaxy vs. Houston Dynamo game to later date. The last two times that the LA Galaxy played Houston, it resulted in a 1-1 draw.
It also happened to be Diego Fagundez's 400th career MLS game. The veteran midfielder managed to net his 150th career goal that game.
