The LA Galaxy are gearing up to play in the MLS is Back Tournament, arriving in Orlando Monday evening to prepare for their first game, scheduled to take place next Monday against the Portland Timbers.
The tournament is set to kick off Wednesday and last until Aug. 11, and of note, the TV information for the tournament is different. All of the games will be on national networks.
What does this mean for the Galaxy? There will be no games on Spectrum Sportsnet during the tournament. If the league returns to playing in home venues after the tournament, then I would expect Spectrum Sportsnet to air games again locally (and on ESPN+ if you are outside the Los Angeles viewing region in the United States).
