HARRISON, N.J. – Romain Alessandrini has proven in a short time that he’s quite the road warrior for the LA Galaxy.
Alessandrini notched a brace and won a penalty in the Galaxy’s 3-1 victory over the New York Red Bulls to give Los Angeles their first win on the East Coast since 2013. The performance was just his latest show on the road as the Frenchman has notched four goals and two assists in four away matches this season.
As for a reason for his road success, head coach Curt Onalfo believes Alessandrini’s mentality helps him deliver.
