Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto sent a message to Dodgers fans following his MVP performance in the World Series.
Yamamoto earned a win in all three of the games he featured in during the World Series, throwing 17.2 innings and allowing just two runs during his outings. His first appearance in the Fall Classic came in Game 2, where he delivered an all-important win after the Dodgers fell behind following a Game 1 loss.
He made his second start in Game 6, where he threw 96 pitches during his start in a Dodgers win to even the series once again.
