Tulsa splits a doubleheader, May strikes out 7

Friday night saw Tulsa split a doubleheader, Rancho Cucamonga lose their second straight game and Oklahoma City’s game was suspended after 3½ innings.

The Dodgers only played 3½ innings before their game against the Sounds (Rangers) was suspended due to rain. The game will be completed when the Sounds return to Oklahoma City for a series starting August 19th.

The Dodgers scored all of their runs in the third inning. Matt Beaty singled home the first run. Kyle Garlick continued his hot hitting with a two-run double.

Finally, Edwin Rios singled home Garlick to complete the scoring.
