With Spectrum SportsNet LA in their eighth season as the exclusive home of the Los Angeles Dodgers, the network again was recognized for their in-depth coverage of the team.
SportsNet LA received a 2021 Los Angeles Area Emmy Award for “Backstage: Dodgers” in the category of Sports Series, Programming (post-produced). Spectrum SportsNet won six Emmy Awards and Spectrum News 1 took home one as well.

The livestreaming ceremony honored locally produced programs in the categories of Live and Breaking News Coverage, Crime and Social Issues, Culture and History, the Arts, Human Interest, Sports and the Environment.
