San Juan Capistrano officials say they are working with the operators of the city’s 40-acre riding park and with regulatory agencies to make sure the equestrian and sports facility complies with all codes.
Since August, the city, the Orange County Fire Authority and the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board have received complaints alleging code violations at Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park, the city said in a news release.
The city formed an inter-departmental task force to investigate the claims and work with the outside agencies, and the city said it has resolved most of the issues, while working with Blenheim Facilities Management, operator of the facility, on any outstanding issues.
