Rehabbing Dodgers play at Rancho Cucamonga; Van Slyke homers and plays first

RANCHO CUCAMONGA -- There were four rehabbing Dodgers playing for the Quakes at LoanMart Field on Monday night. Each of them played well as they got ready to come back to the majors. The Quakes won the game 9-0 over the High Desert Mavericks.

Scott Van Slyke played his third straight rehab game, this night he started at first base. Paco Rodriguez made his first rehab appearance while Joel Peralta and Brandon League had already started their rehab.

Rodriguez started and after surrendering a triple, Rodriguez got three ground outs, the first resulted in a fielder's choice at home.
