While the Los Angeles Dodgers’ struggles on the field have been a real source of stress and frustration, seeing Clayton Kershaw earn an All-Star nod for this year’s event was one of the few bright spots the team has enjoyed over the last 7-10 days.

The longtime ace of the staff will be making his 11th All-Star game appearance. Thus far in 2025, after battling back from several injuries, the 37-year-old has gone 4-1 with a 3.38 ERA in 10 starts this year. Commissioner Rob Manfred specifically chose Kershaw as a “Legend Pick.
