In addition to notable free agents Rich Hill, Russell Martin and Hyun-Jin Ryu, the Los Angeles Dodgers also saw a slew of Minor League players reach the open market. In most cases it involved players who were organizational depth.
However, the Dodgers’ group of Minor League free agents also included the likes of Daniel Corcino, Edward Paredes and Jaime Schultz. Each of the pitchers have been up with the club at various points over the past three seasons.
Schultz’s time with the Dodgers didn’t come until this past April when he was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City.
