The New York Yankees made a massive roster move on Tuesday, reinstating two-time MVP Aaron Judge. The outfielder has been absent since July 25 as he returned to action, along with right-handed pitcher Mark Leiter Jr.
Right-handed pitcher Yerry de los Santos was also recalled from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre while outfielder Austin Slater was placed on the 10-day injured list and right-handed pitcher JT Brubaker was designated for assignment.
In other news, Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Jackson Chourio will be out for another 2-4 weeks with a right hamstring injury. The Brewers are in the midst of winning eight of their last nine games, including four of their last five since Chourio first went down.
