Minor league teams go winless on Mother’s Day

It was a rough Mother’s Day, as no Dodgers minor-league affiliated team was able to pick up a victory.

The Dodgers fell behind 3-0 at the end of the first inning. They were unable to get the bats going, as they fell to the Round Rock Express, 4-2.

It was a rough night for the offense, as they strung together only six hits on the night. They were 0-for-8 with runners in scoring position, and stranded 13 runners on base.

Tony Cingrani was able to get some work in, as he works his way back from an injury that placed him on the IL to start the season.
