Max Muncy is not ready to hang up his cleats any time soon.
The third baseman has spent the last eight seasons of his 10-year MLB career with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Muncy, who turns 35 in August, said he wants to play a few more seasons before retiring. And the two-time World Series champion wants to stay with the organization for the rest of his career.
“I don’t think it’s any secret that I would like to retire here,” Muncy told Dodgers Nation’s Doug McKain. “I’ve made that very well known.”
“In terms of how that works out, I can’t worry about that right now,” Muncy added.
