Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Max Muncy hit his first home run of the season in Wednesday’s 12-7 win over the Miami Marlins.

After 29 games of frustrating at-bats, the power hitter seemingly took the first step in breaking through his slump. As he rounded the bases, Muncy was visibly relieved as his home run drought came to an end.
The 433-foot bomb caused a wave of elation from Muncy’s teammates in the dugout, and, of course, a shower of sunflower seeds followed.
