The Los Angeles Dodgers expressed their condolences over award-winning filmmaker Rob Reiner as well as his wife, Michele, who died Sunday.
“The Dodgers express our deep sorrow and share our condolences over the passing of longtime fan Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele,” the team’s message read.
Reiner, who had a huge hand in films such as “A Few Good Men” and “The Princess Bride”, had been a Dodger fan for the majority of his life. Reiner was born in New York before moving to Los Angeles as a teenager. He became a Dodgers fan shortly after and, as of 2023, had been a season ticket holder for “about 60 years.
