The Los Angeles Dodgers oddly don’t have a starter in the 2021 MLB All-Star Game, but with Walker Buehler and Justin Turner being named as replacements, they lead all National League teams with five selections.
“Obviously not having anyone (starting) was disappointing to everyone in the room, but now that it’s still shaking out, at least five guys going, I think is a good representation of the team that we have in here,” Turner said.
He’s earned the second All-Star Game selection of his career and much like in 2017, is looking forward to every aspect that comes with being around other talents from the game.
