Julio Urias starts again for Quakes

Not a great day for Dodger minor-league affiliates with only Rancho Cucamonga and Great Lakes winning on Tuesday.

And there was more good news for the Quakes as the California League announced their season awards on Tuesday.

Former Quake Rylan Bannon was named Most Valuable Player and Rookie of the Year.

Shortstop Gavin Lux and right-handed pitcher Dustin May, who are now with Tulsa, and outfielder Cody Thomas joined Bannon on the All-Star team.

Julio Urias struck out five in his 2u2153 innings start for the Quakes on Tuesday. Urias struck out the side in the second inning and struck out four straight until giving up a solo home run in the third inning.
