Texas Rangers shortstop Corey Seager carved his name into Los Angeles Dodgers history during his seven seasons in LA, bringing the Dodgers their first World Series title in 32 years in 2020 while winning World Series MVP.
Now, four years after leaving the Dodgers, Seager could be on the trade block.
The Dodgers have found several solutions at short since Seager’s departure, and have had Mookie Betts play the majority of games at the position since 2024. Betts, a six-time Gold Glove winner in the outfield, settled in well at the position, finishing 2025 as a finalist.
