Yadier Alvarez has not had a good year on the mound and after returning from the disabled list in July, he began to pitch exclusively out of the bullpen. And he has had some fair outings and some awful ones. On Saturday night, he recorded his first save of this season when he pitched four scoreless innings to finish the game. He gave up two hits and a walk.
