After the last two years, Andrew Friedman and his minions now "own" the Dodgers. They have traded or let go of a number of players, from Matt Kemp to Zack Grienke. They have rebuilt the Dodger's minor league farm system, and brought in some good, mature talent to lead the new, younger players like Joc Pederson, Corey Seager and Julio Urias.
Clayton Kershaw, A.J. Ellis, and Adrian Gonzalez are all leaders in the clubhouse. Even Justin Turner has taken a leadership role, often being seen throwing the ice bucket over the head of the player coming in on the winning run.
