When the Los Angeles Dodgers signed right-handed pitcher Noah Syndergaard ahead of the 2023 season, he was expected to be the next great reclamation project in an organization full of them.
Four months into the season, when he was shipped off to the Cleveland Guardians with a 7.16 ERA, it appeared his career may just be over.
However, after waiting around for the entire 2024 season and nearly the first half of the 2025 season, Syndergaard has finally made his return to professional baseball, as he’s signed a minor league deal with the Chicago White Sox, per James Fegan of Sox Machine.
