Ethier exits game after fouling pitch off leg

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Dodgers outfielder Andre Ethier exited Friday's game against the D-backs shortly after fouling a pitch off his right leg.

Ethier finished off his fourth-inning at-bat with a walk and was removed for pinch-runner Rico Noel, who advanced to second on a wild pitch, stole third and scored on a throwing error by the catcher to tie the game at 7.

Ethier, batting leadoff in the game, singled in the first inning and scored, then grounded out in the second inning.
