Dodgers: Watch Bobby Miller Blow Way Shohei Ohtani

Imagine stepping onto a big-league pitching mound for the first time and facing off against the reigning AL MVP winner. That’s the stuff of nightmares. But that’s exactly what Dodgers prospect Bobby Miller did on Tuesday night at Chavez Ravine.

The Dodgers’ top pitching prospect got the start in the final game of the Freeway Series against the Angels. And his very first batter of the game was none other than the generational talent that is Shohei Ohtani. While other young pitchers might have struggled to even get the confidence to pump in fastballs, Miller stood out.

He started Ohtani with 3 consecutive fastballs, two of them reaching triple digits.
