Injuries and a lack of production for some spots has caused the team to somewhat underachieve considering the mass expectations placed upon them in the offseason.

From a position player standpoint, the two who’ve struggled the most this year are Max Muncy and Michael Conforto.
Muncy is only hitting .211 with four homers, and has looked extremely shaky with his defense at third base.
