The Los Angeles Dodgers signed infielder Keston Hiura to a minor league deal Thursday, per the New York Post’s Jon Heyman.
The deal includes an invitation to the Dodgers’ MLB camp at spring training. The team’s first full-squad workout comes Thursday, Feb. 19 at Camelback Ranch. The Dodgers have been active Thursday, extending third baseman Max Muncy, re-signing utility man Kiké Hernández and finalizing a trade for relief pitcher Anthony Banda.
Hiura, 29, has spent parts of six MLB seasons playing for the Milwaukee Brewers, Los Angeles Angels and Colorado Rockies.
